Custom Made garments are produced specifically according to the measurements supplied by the customer.
Therefore, Custom Made garments are not eligible for exchange due to a change of mind or personal fit preference, provided the garment has been made according to the measurements supplied by the customer.
The estimated production and delivery timeframe for Custom Made or heavily embellished garments will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
